This is a fringe breast collar that is hand braided out of the highest quality 550 paracord.  It is very adjustable.  The rings are stainless steel.  It takes up on the side very simply with roller buckles.  I have attached trigger snaps to the sides and the bottom tugs to make it easy attach. 

There is over 100' of fringe on this breast collar.  It is very easy to clean....just wash with a mild soap and hang to dry.
